Volume 1, Beginning

These sound files are to give you an idea of the pieces in the anthology. They aren't all perfect, but they're free! The pianist on the Vol. 1 recordings is William Wingfield, except for The Marionettes and Dance of the Gnomes, which were played by Amanda Arrington.. The recording volume level is quite low on these, so earphones are a good idea.

Volume 3, Intermediate 2

Amanda Arrington is again the pianist, except for Ethel Barns' Berceuse and Marga Richter's Three Pieces for Violin and Piano. The first was recorded live at the 2000 International Festival of Women Composers, with Joseph Brumbeloe as pianist, and the second was a 2009 performance at Kansas State University with William Wingfield.
